icon manager

currently if you want to quickly put an icon in your application, you need to create a link, and select a glyphicon.

this poses some issues, because icons arn't always links.

you can also load in an icon font, but than you need to remember the classes, and it isnt always intuative for new users.

on the other hand there are some awesome icon managers (icon jar, nucleo)

I can imagine something like this, where you either load in some svg's or an icon font and select the one you want.
