Select Image dialog should have an add button

Every time I want to select an image, I load up the select image dialog box, then sigh because I have to find the image collection, add my image then go back to the image dialog box to select the new image. 

If there was an “Add” button on the Select Image dialog box it’ll be a much nice experience.
