the amount of sub MF's I have for such a simple task is overkill.

can we have a new Action or an extra option in a retrieve that does something like

“Retrieve/Create”

if found return, if not, create it with the following values and return?

Yes, please. Would love a RetrieveOrCreate-activity having a parameter ‘ByAttribute’.

We do have a lot of these RetrieveOrCreate sub microflows in most of our apps too.
