Feedback not posting

I have been trying to post feedback from within the app (mobile and desktop) but it get’s stuck on “Creating a screenshot” and the pop-out window never goes away and the feedback is not posted to the app for review/remediation

I think you should create a support request for this. I also get a bunch of browser console errors when using the feedback widget.
