MX9.0.4: Cannot upgrade Atlas UI

I created a new blank application in MX 9.0.4. I immediately try to upgrade Atlas UI to Atlas UI 3 (Mx9 Beta). I receive the below errors. I did notice that version of Atlas UI changed from 2.7.0 to 3.0.0. However, my project does not compile any more. The Mx9 Beta can not be downloaded anymore. Did you try to update it with the new core atlas?

I added the design properties to the jason file from an older project.  The spacing top ec is working again. But my custom design properties keep running into erros as wel. No idea why, I'm no programmer but they were fine before. had to delete them an manually add the classes back to the elements. 

Very annoying.
