I removed the left column and added a css style (width: 50%) to the window in order the buttons to appear in one line…
It is still not clear what is going to happen when you press the Save-button. What entity is going to be saved? The parent? The child? Both? The only way that you can get this clear, is a longer text on the Save-button. ‘Save course’ or ‘Save course and registration’ or ‘Save registration’.
