For 1 user I need to display all the 6 container, for other user I only need to display container 3,5,6 but when I display container 3,5,6 , the space where conatiner 1,2,4 are not displayed is blank , how do I shift the conatiner 3,5,6 in one row when other conatiner are not display based on user

Hi Raviprakash, why not to create a role-based page for that specific type of user? or replicate the structure you have with 6 tiles below each other and set conditional visibility on the outer container, specifying which user should see which structure.
