Custom CSS doesnt apply

Hi, i’m trying to create a nav bar through css. but it doesnt work… can someone help me? the hover and active doesnt work… what can i do?

if u updated the CSS using notepad , then first synchronize app directory by navigating to App→ Synchronize App Directory. Then run the app and check whether CSS are applied.
