I am a first time scrum master along with 5 business engineers trying out mendix platform. The team and I have added 7 stories to the current sprint and I've assigned individuals to each story. The problem is that they are not receiving any notification stating the assignment of specific user stories to them. Plus they all are able to move any story from ‘in progress’ to ‘ complete’ . Shouldn't they be able to move only the stories they are assigned to ‘complete’ ? They got notification for an epic which was then split into stories and assigned. Each of them got notified to the epic that was further split. In the sprint dashboard they can also reassign any team mate to any story including the product owner. Am I understanding the roles wrong and using the dashboard incorrectly?
