How to setup and manage a user manual for your Mendix application?

Goal: creating, publishing and maintaining a user manual for end-users of our Mendix application explaining how they can use the application and cover FAQ. Question: Can you share your ideas/experience/best practices on how to do this? Some requirements: User manual should be reachable from within the Mendix application (and thus not public on the internet) User manual should be updated easily by non-developers and thereby not require a redeployment of the app (e.g. co-creation by users in wiki style) User manual should be able to handle text, images (incl. gifs), videos, URLs Some first ideas (feedback welcome): Creating content in Notion, import content to a page within Mendix application Creating content in Microsoft Wiki, import content to a page within Mendix application ...
