Drop down to select countries grouped by continents

Hi all, Is there any widget that can display a drop down list to select countries that are grouped by continent? Or matter of fact any entity that has an association to another entity. I cant seem to find one. An example of what I mean: Thank you

A similar question was asked here on the forum, as far as I'm aware the answer hasn't changed and no new marketplace content has been added to make this work yet.
