Issue with Chinese characters in generated PDF

I am generating a PDF through document template. In which i have some Chinese characters but when i get the generated file it only shows #### symbols. The word is already present in inside translation. How I can solve the issue….? Note: Language retrieval is working fine but words are not displaying proper.

The document generator has no support for Chinese characters by default, the same goes for several other languages with their own character sets. You need to upload a font with Chinese character support and instruct the document generator to use it.
