How to create Application user account?

I am evaluate Mendix, I created a simple web Application, I am wondering, how can I create account/users for this App?  I login by MxAdmin, but I didn’t see any entry of user/account management

In the administration module there is a page called: Account_Overview

This page should be accesable trough the navigation for a Adminsitrator(https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/navigation#1-introduction) 
Then if you run the app, go to this page and there you can create new Accounts.
