Use constants for attributes in widgets

As mentioned by Thijs Schoemaker in https://community.mendix.com/link/ideas/3 some widgets are used throughout the application, with often repeating the same values for the widget attributes.

But I would like to suggest a different approach. That is also making the settings more flexible across the DTAP environments.

And that is the ability to use constants for the widget attributes. At the very least for the string attributes but preferably for all attributes. I would even go as far as not just implementing this for custom widgets but also for built-in widgets. And for all attributes.
