An HTML 5 viewer for MS Office documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, eml, msg)

Great would be a document viewer that would allow to view MS Office documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, eml, msg) in an html previewer, before downloading or opening the document in the local desktop or mobile MS Office app.
