In a navigation tree, show a warning instead of an error if the target requires a parameter

Instead of an error, show a warning when the target page or microflow expects a parameter. Allow us, as developers, to account for the required parameter (for example, use the navigation tree within a Data View to provide the required parameter). Only throw an error at build time if the parameter is not provided.
