When user clicks on the date picker calendar icon, the calendar opens and defaults focus to the current date. If user tabs, date picker closes, and focus goes to first element on the screen.
Desired behavior: When user clicks on the date picker calendar icon, the calendar opens and defaults focus to the current date, When user tabs, focus will cycle through the calendar widget but focus will never leave or close the date picker. User must make a selection or click out of the date picker to close it. after user picks the date the focus should be on date
