Data Widgets: Remove search string button on Text filter Datagrid 2

When using Datagrid 2 we have the possibility to use a Text filter as a grid wide filter. When using the text filter it acts like a searchbar. Users nowadays are used to have an option in their searchbar to remove their search string. A good example of this is the Google search bar (see screenshot below). Now I think it is a small but useful addition to the existing text filter if this would be a standard component of the widget.
