Datagrid 2 personalization and default creation

I'd like to request the following

1. allow for paging to be on the left side, option to set as default when creating
2. allow for show/hide to be on the left side, option to set as default when creating
3. Add an option to have the default creation of the Datagrid2 to to align the custom content column to the left instead of the current setting of far right.
