As an overall improvement for User Experience, it should be possible to choose to only show pagination if the amount of objects retrieved exceeds the page count.
There is not always a reason to show you have object 1 to 9 out of 9

Only unfortunate thing, for Gallery widget the option does not exist!

This should already be possible with the latest version of Data Widgets for DG2 with the "Show paging buttons" setting.
