Data Grid 2 title tooltip when Wrap text is disabled

When Wrap text is disabled a word wrap is happening and when hovering over the text nothing happens, whereas in data grid 1 a small tooltip is shown with the full value. 

This can be easily added by adding the title attribute on the HTML element where the value is placed in.
