How to display line chart with only selected number of series.

Hi, I have following type of database with three entities. My user want to select few Release baseline from available list and only one Data category. after both selection line chart should display Datasize on X-axis and Y axis of those Baselines which are selected by User. I want to develop following type of user interface. How shall I proceed to add such filter to display series which are selected ? Thanks in Advance.
