Does the “export to excel” button not work when you deploy your app to a test, acceptance or production environment? When i test locally, it works fine but it stops working when I deploy the app...

Should work exactly the same. Are you using the same user role for both of your tests? I assume you are using the default export button that is available if you are using xpath retrieve?

Apparently there was a problem with the font of the characters

I'm having the same issue (Mendix 8.5.0). All my Export to Excel buttons are no longer working in production, although they worked before and they still work locally. Any ideas? Could there be a bug in the software?
