Can we have nested dropdown in mendix page

Based on parent dropdown value a child dropdown will be populated and by selecting those values, it should be able to save in database.

Definitely, though not in the form of enums. you’ll need to use objects and associations for it. (unless you want to do a lot of manual work with conditionality)
