Add help text

Hello! I would like to add a help text for each of the interface components (textbox, reference selector, etc.). I found the "HelpText View" widget that seems to do what I need. But it is not compatible with the version I am using (8.12). What would be the solution?

I would like the adjustment text to be displayed via an icon next to the field, as in the attached image.
With the Bootstrap Tooltip I can't do it that way, right?
