Set Radio button attribute?

Hi! I have created a popup page with some radio buttons on. When I have set the buttons to the different options I press save, but when I open the page again all radio buttons i back to default options and don't show the last choise. How do I solve this? I have pasted the radiobuttons in a data view grid and I have created an Entity where I stored the saved radio button bolean values.

The Radio button page looks like below. They are added into a data view. If I try to open this page with “Show page” I get below error.
