Feedback widget only visible on one page

Hi We have the Feedback widget in our app but it is only visible on the page(s) where the widget is placed on. Weird because I understood that it only needed to be seen once and would keep active during the whole session. So: I log on: I see him I go to an other page: he’s gone I return to the page where he is: I see him I go to an other page: he’s gone ... Anyone having encountered this? I do jump from one module to another sometimes… Thanks!

I think you need to place it on your homepage if you want to make it seen throughout the entire app

The thing is: the home page (login page) is seen by the anonymous user that disappears once the users behind it logs in (and creates it’s own session)… Also, I did put the widget on the role based home page and still, if I go to another page it disappears….
