Legend widget?

I need to add a legend to a page just below a listview. The only legend options I’m able to find are include in the chart widgets. Any suggestions on how to handle this outside of using a chart? Looking to do something similar to the below.

This is static content, right? I think you can you create this with a Table or Layout Grid widget. The text content is straightforward, and then the colors could be added with CSS styling (ideally CSS classes that you create, but could also be done with inline styling)
