Datagrid 2 extension issue

I was looking for a datagrid with functionalities to change column order and hide columns. I came across the Datagrid 2 extension, exactly what I was looking for, but it won't display correctly for some reason. Instead of a normal data grid display, it shows everything in a vertical small list. Is this a known issue or is there something I am missing? (I am using the latest mendix version 9.1.1, not 9.0.5) Any help would be highly appreciated!

i use 9.1.1 but has no problem at all

Most likely, you are missing the `theme.compiled.css` in your `cssFiles` :)

Ive removed and redownloaded it and it is still showing vertical in design mode or while running. in structure mode it is showing the correct way. any idea what can cause this issue?
