To enable barcode scanning in the web app. - error while calling JS Lib

Hi i am trying to get a barcode scanner to work in the web app using HTMLSnippet as as to be able to scan barcodes using the device’s camera over the browser. i have Configured 2 HTML Snippets, 1 for the HTML codes and the other is for the JavaScript codes. However when i tried to load the page with the HTML and JS. i am only able to get the HTML portion working. but there is some error in the JavaScript portion as shown below. i have also tested using the same JS and HTML code in a separate standalone HTML page and the JS lib is working. Please help. Thanks
