File document viewer zoom function in different browsers

I run into a problem with the file document viewer. I need to display .jpg and when using FireFox it shows the full picture with option to zoom in (the wanted situation), but using chrome, the image is zoomed in without the option to zoom out (the unwanted situation). Does anybody know how I can fix this?
