DateTime Picker Widget Security Issue

The DateTime Picker Widget has a security issue with the deepCopy method within the Dojo toolkit. We are using the DateTime Picker because we need a selectable date calendar that we can block out dates. Does anyone else have/had this security issue with DateTime Picker? If so, do you have a workaround or and ideas on how to fix the issue?
