PrintScreen PDF not printing the line from Tree Widget

Hi PrintScreen widget which prints pdf is not printing the lines generating from TreeWidget, Fig 1 is the Organization chart generating from TreeWidget and Fig 2.. is printing the pdf from the widget PrintScreen.. Line is missing and its not printing… Fig 3 is the Printscreen widget config For ex: Fig 1: Fig 2 : Fig 3: any help is appreciated.. also let me know if i can use javascript to print screen or any other solution? Any pointers?
