How to download widgets which are not available in Mendix marketplace?

Hi Team,I am facing an issue regarding two widgets to upgrade the version of an app that are  1.Custom Input Mask  2.Attribute based help text viewer Is there any widgets similar to these as they provide the same functionality of above widgets?
