Unable to detect camera when clicking on barcode scanner

I have added barcode scanner widget on my page but when i click on button to scan its showing error message like unable to detect camera. why is this happening? is their anything pending from my side?

Are you running this from a server? It needs to be served over HTTPS else you will get security errors.
