Data grid 2 filter widgets blocked

Hello all, I am unable to drag and drop filter widgets into the data grid 2 that I am currently setting up. I have enabled filtering in the ‘general’ and ‘filtering’ tabs, yet I am still unable to do so. If anyone could let me know how to solve this issue that would be great. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Matthew Allchin,

In general tab , you will have show column filter radio button, re-verify have you done this, After this you can drag and drop text filter widget to filter text.

If you done this and still cant able to set, please attach the screenshot of what stopping you.
