  Hi all,   I want to implement for native app upload and download document functionality have anyone implemented it before, please suggest, an idea and suggestion will appreciate.   Thank you

You can use the “Synchronize to device” activity as described here: https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/synchronize-to-device/

Starting with Mendix 9.0.5 (?) this activity also includes file documents and images.
