Email connector setup error

I used IMAP, but I also tried with POP and still get an error. Any ideas?

Hey Gal,

It is stating Authenticate error,

It maybe because of wrong password/server, since there is no assured way of knowing precisely what the problem is.

It may also be the case that 2-factor authentication is on by your server, so that can cause you problem also.

You should contact you the IT team of your company and ask them to give you the Email configurations.

So I’m researching why the autoconfig does not work and I came across this in the microflow ACT_GetEmailProviderConfiguration

As you can see there is an orange (X) below the GetAutoConfig, does anybody know what the problem could be, I’m not seeing any  warnings or errors abotu this microflow.
