As above the image, if we select any option from multiselect dropdown Can we show that selected option in below line as shown in image. Can anyone help me please give the solution of that.

Hi Pragati Nandanwar,
By default, it is not possible, but you can Add a Template grid and retrieve the selected Value through associations and display it. you can add custom css for the style you wanted.
