File is vanished when hit on the action button in file manager

Hello Team, I’m using file manager to upload documents from system . Whenever I’m trying to upload a file it is getting uploaded and then I’m trying to save. That time the file vanished because while saving I added refresh in client  . And I’m getting empty value . Could you please some one help me for this issue ! Thank You

Is it getting vanished from the attachment text box? If so

Kindly add image viewer/fileviewer to view the respective uploaded file.

Is the transitional cost entity generalized to document or are you using association to store the file.
