Do we need licence to use CKEditor 4 in commercial project

I’m using a rich text widget in a commercial app. The rich text widget uses Ck Editor 4 so do we need to have a licence to use this widget in a commercial app?

CK Editor is a free widget developed by Mendix. You can use it in your project without any license.
