Autorefresh when selecting name on every first try.

Hi I am having an issue regarding on Auto refresh that when I select a name that is not existed on the list being created on the “Auto Complete” widget for every “First try” the Auto refresh occur, but on the second try and so on the refresh thing didn’t occur anymore. Can anyone also have the same scenario on my problem? Or how should I solve this one? Image below is an example on how the auto refresh on every first try occur. when I click the “Name is Available” it reloads back to Main Menu of my application, but on the next try and so on, it run smoothly.
