Hey there! We saw that new created feedback elements get the label “new”. Now we noticed that some feedback elements have the label “open”. In the documentation about the feedback module, this behavior is not explained. (Mendix Feedback | Mendix Documentation) Does anyone know the conditions when the label is changed from status "new" to status "open? Best regards!
