Bar Chart not Rendering with correct size in pop-up

Hi, I’m using v10 with the latest datawidgets. This only started after the upgrade from v9. When a popup contains a chart it renders tiny and stays that way until the main browser window is resized. At that moment the chart expands to the correct size. Have tried all the sizing options (% and pixels). Have tried various browsers. Seems systematic. There are no errors in the console. Advice is welcome.
