How can i return list of entity from custom pluggable widget to microflow or else?

Hello! I'm currently making custom pluggable widget. Now I faces the problem that when i check the row and try to pass the checked rows to microflow, the microflow can't get list of objects. I use an association for pass the list of the objects. But i think it is not a best practice. How can i pass the objects from custom pluggable widget to other elements?
