Data grid 2 taking more time to update in UI after applying filters for large data

I have used data grid 2 with custom filters to display entity data Data source type for data grid is 'association' Used microflow by Search button to filter data in data grid In search button microflow we are doing change object activity with refresh in client as true on same entity used for data grid After completing microflow execution, data grid takes more time to reflect changes from entity on UI How we can reduce this data grid 2 update time?
