I have pie chart which I wanted to displays 2 data which are budget used (%) and budget used (man-days), how to put it inside the pie chart, since there's only one value attribute?

One way to do that would be to fill a non-persistent entity with the data you need, and showing the data of the non-persistent entity in your pie chart.
