Data Grid 2 does not refresh after on-click action

In a previous version of the Data Widgets module (2.7.0) my Data Grid 2 refreshed in client after I called a nanoflow with an On-Click action where I changed an attribute. I saw the attribute change in the Data Grid. However, this no longer happens in a newer version of the Data Widgets module (2.16.0). I already tried to add a refresh entity/object to the nanoflow but this does not seem to have the desired result. There is also a dynamic row class applied to the Data Grid 2, which is dependent on the previous named attribute. As a result, the class also does not update anymore. Has anybody else experienced this problem and does someone know how to solve this?
