Javascript snippet not find in version 10.6.8

hi team , i am not able to find the javascript snippet in version 10.6.8   i have this on version 9.24.21 but not find in version 10.6.8

In version 10, you should add the HTML Snippet and when you open the properties window you can select Javascript using the radio button.
