    I am trying to use drop down filter with custom options that are retrieved by  "GetOrCreate" microflow but it does not work for status column

Try to use the DynamicEnumPicker from the marketplace

 

It will select an enumeration as source and you will select what key you want to add in the drop down so you can add for example 2 out of 5 values from the enumeration
